The Great Bear Foundation and Caribou Crossing are thrilled to announce that our documentary film, Walking Bear Comes Home: The life and work of Chuck Jonkel will be broadcast this January on KSPS Public TV!

Walking Bear Comes Home will be broadcast on KSPS Public TV in Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, Edmonton, Calgary and Western Montana on Wednesday, January 14 at 10pm and again Sunday January 18 at 2 pm Pacific Standard Time.

The feature-length documentary explores the life and legacy of the Great Bear Foundation’s co-founder and long-term president, Chuck Jonkel, who was a pioneer of polar bear biology and a legend of wildlife conservation.
